About the event
Welcome to the Yama Series for Beginners! Each week we will focus on a Yama/Don'ts of Right Living per Yoga Philosophy as well as Asanas focused on a particular position of the human body. In addition to standing Asanas, each week we will focus on a particular body position to explore different asanas.
Week 1. Seated asanas,Â
Week 2. Table Top pose asanas
Week 3. Supine or asanas laying on your back andÂ
Week 4. Prone or asanas laying on your belly!
Awaken and rejuvenate with a traditional hatha yoga class. A combination of stretching, Sun Salutations, Yoga poses or asanas, breathing exercises or pranayama, and guided meditation will set you up for success with a strong body and calm mind to take on whatever life brings on.
Beginners welcome! Classes are taught live and 2-way communication helps make sure you feel confident that you are getting the most out of each class.Â
