Welcome to the Yama Series for Beginners!

About the sessions-

Each week we will focus on a Yama/Don'ts of Right Living per Yoga Philosophy as well as Asanas focused on a particular position of the human body. In addition to standing asanas, each week we will focus on a particular body position to explore different asanas. Each session will include warm up with Sun Salutations and standing asanas followed by focus of the week asanas.

Focus of the week-

Week 1- Aug 1- Seated asanas

Week 2- Aug 8- Supine or asanas laying on your back and 

Week 3- Aug 15- Prone or asanas laying on your belly

Awaken and rejuvenate with a traditional hatha yoga class. A combination of stretching, Sun Salutations, Yoga poses or asanas, breathing exercises or pranayama, and guided meditation will set you up for success with a strong body and calm mind to take on whatever life brings on.

Beginners welcome! Classes are taught live and 2-way communication helps make sure you feel confident that you are getting the most out of each class. 

You will receive a Zoom link upon registration to the session.
