This yoga session will include specific asanas aimed at improving spinal cord health- Forward Bends, Back Bends, Lateral Bends, Twists and Inversions. Breathing exercises aka Pranayama and Guided Meditation will round the session for a complete relaxing and rejuvenating experience!
