I completed my Foundation Vedanta Course in May of 2018. I should have gotten my certificate the same year. That did not happen.
It never arrived in 2019 either. And I had forgotten all about it. The organization had asked for only one thing- make sure I share my knowledge with the world. Life did however teach me a few valuable lessons in 2019...both on a personal and professional level.
In 2020, when the covid pandemic hit the world, I embarked on another life-changing experience- training to become a yoga teacher.
When my grandma passed away, and I received this certificate in an email at the exact date and timestamp of her passing, two years delayed, there was no doubt in my mind that it was a message from her. As I have said in my previous post, had she known the power of Yoga, she may still be with us today. And of that, I have no doubt! So, Arva Yoga was born so that one more grandma (or grandpa) may not be bedridden! Yoga Philosophy provides gems of knowledge, as does Vendata Philopsohy and my attempt with Arva Yoga is to share these treasures with the world...as a sign from my grandma!
