Awaken and rejuvenate with traditional hatha yoga class. A combination of stretching, asanas, pranayama and meditation will get you prepared for your workday ahead with a strong body and calm mind! The classes will be themed and here is what you can expect - we start with chanting om, then we move to asanas/yoga poses, which typically include Suryanamaskars/Sun Salutations. All sessions will include a combination of pranayamas and shavasan. The pace of the session will be "Goldilocks" intensity- not too slow and not too fast- medium paced!
