In this session, I weave a few of my favorite quotes of Star Wars into a Yoga session focused on building Strength to overcome fear, opening our hearts to feel compassion, and finally feeling the Force that binds us all together.
This is approx. 40 minute session. Here are the asanas we practice -Standing sequence for strength (Tree pose, Triangle pose, Extended side angle pose); Seated sequence for compassion (Camel, Pigeon, Lotus twist) and Inversions for feeling the Force (Bridge and Headstand) followed by relaxation (Shavasan to Star wars music:))
